Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit so that they arrive in the same condition as when they left our studio. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Burnt Mtn. Studios. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
